For LET24 Festival, the objective was to create a city-wide opening experience that would invite residents into a shared atmosphere of freedom and celebration. The vision was not just to start a festival, but to transform the entire town into a living stage and make culture visible in unexpected places. As part of the creative production team, we developed VALUES - a one-hour site-specific performance that unfolded across multiple key locations, from the church to the main public squares. The concept connected music, movement, and urban space into one continuous narrative, guiding the audience through the city and gradually building momentum toward the main festival program. The result was a powerful collective experience: the city itself became part of the dramaturgy, and the opening seamlessly transitioned into a large-scale celebration with live music, dancing, and a strong sense of unity that set the tone for the entire festival.
