MANYCHAT BIRTHDAY PARTY

For the global birthday celebration of ManyChat, the objective was to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for employees coming from offices in four different countries. Many team members had never met before, so the event needed to encourage genuine interaction rather than just passive entertainment. As Event & Talent Producer, I developed an interactive game-based concept where participants earned coins through challenges and collaborative activities. These coins could then be exchanged for materials to build their own “ManyMascot” - a creative team task that required strategy, imagination, and communication. Each group later presented their mascot, turning the process into both a playful competition and a shared storytelling experience. The result was a structured yet dynamic format that helped employees connect naturally, collaborate across teams, and leave the event with a stronger sense of belonging within the company.
